Anouschka Putschky de Soza is the German leader and representative of Soforthilfe La Paz in Bolivia. She is a nurse and graduate of a theological seminary. She was sent to Bolivia in April 1997. In 1998 she married Juan Soza.

Juan Soza leads and coordinates, together with his wife Anouschka, the different areas of the ministry of Soforthilfe La Paz. He has lots of experience in rehabilitation of teenagers and young adults. Juan graduated at a theological seminary, too.

Anouschka and Juan have two daughters and one son.
